Services

What you can hire us to make.

Four disciplines, each with a defined set of deliverables, a written scope, and milestones you approve before you are ever invoiced.

Identity

Brand identity systems

For businesses being seen properly for the first time, or being seen wrongly for years.

An identity is a working system, not a logo file. We build the mark, the type, the colour and the rules around them, then document it plainly enough that anyone on your team can apply it without asking permission. The test is whether the brand still looks like itself six months after we leave.

  • Naming and verbal direction
  • Primary and secondary marks
  • Typographic system
  • Colour system with usage rules
  • Stationery and document templates
  • Social and profile assets
  • Brand guidelines document
  • Full source files and licences

Right fit if you are launching, rebranding, or your materials no longer look like they came from the same company.

Interface

Websites and digital

Sites that load fast, read well on a phone, and can be updated without calling a developer.

We design and build marketing sites, landing pages and storefronts. Structure comes before decoration: what the page has to say, in what order, and what the visitor should do next. Then it gets built to hold up on a mid-range phone on a bad connection, because that is where most of your traffic actually is.

  • Sitemap and page structure
  • Copy direction and editing
  • Responsive design for every page
  • Build and deployment
  • Forms and enquiry routing
  • Basic search and metadata setup
  • Analytics configuration
  • Handover walkthrough for your team

Right fit if your current site is slow, dated, hard to edit, or does not turn visitors into enquiries.

Campaign

Content and campaign

Creative that stays recognisable across every placement it lands in.

A campaign fails when every asset looks like it came from a different company. We set the visual and verbal direction first, then build the templates and assets around it, so a story on a phone and a print piece on a wall are clearly the same voice. You get systems you can keep producing from, not a folder of one-offs.

  • Campaign concept and direction
  • Photo and video art direction
  • Shot lists and production support
  • Social template systems
  • Paid ad creative sets
  • Print and out-of-home layouts
  • Editable working files
  • Rollout schedule

Right fit if you are launching something, or your content output has drifted out of alignment with the brand.

Direction

Creative direction

For teams already producing work who need a standard held consistently.

Some businesses do not need new assets. They need someone to decide what good looks like and hold that line while other people make things. We run audits, sharpen positioning, and act as an outside creative director on a retainer, reviewing work before it ships and keeping the standard from slipping quietly over time.

  • Brand and asset audit
  • Positioning and messaging
  • Competitive review
  • Design standards documentation
  • Review cycles on in-house work
  • Vendor and freelancer briefing
  • Quarterly direction sessions
  • Ongoing retainer availability

Right fit if you have an internal team or freelancers and the output quality is inconsistent.

Process

Five stages, in this order.

The sequence matters. Each stage produces something you can look at and sign off on, so nothing is built on an assumption that was never checked.

Stage 01

Consult

A conversation about the problem, the constraints, and the deadline. Free, and it ends in a straight answer on fit.

Stage 02

Scope

Deliverables, milestones, fees and timeline written down and agreed before any work begins.

Stage 03

Make

Work runs milestone by milestone. You see thinking early, while direction is still cheap to change.

Stage 04

Revise

You review each milestone and we revise it as reasonably needed to reach the agreed outcome.

Stage 05

Approve

You approve, the invoice follows, and files, licences and access are handed over.

Billing

You are never charged for work you have not approved.

Every project begins with a consult, and scope and milestones are agreed in writing before work starts. Invoices follow delivery. They never precede it.

Milestones, not deposits
Work is divided into defined milestones at the scoping stage. An invoice is issued only after a milestone has been completed, revised as reasonably needed, and approved by you. There is no upfront payment for undelivered work.
Revisions are included
Reasonable revisions to reach the agreed outcome are part of the milestone. They are not billed separately and they are not an upsell.
Pro rata refunds
If a project cannot be completed, you receive a pro rata refund for any milestone that has been paid for but not delivered.
Unreached milestones are not charged
If work was carried out but the milestone was not reached, it is not charged. What is billed is the completed milestone, not the time spent on it.
Fees and currency
Fees are quoted per project and confirmed in the written agreement before work begins. Amounts are quoted in XXX unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
Payment methods
Payments are accepted through Stripe and PayPal. Invoices are issued electronically with the payment link attached.

Full scope, fees, currency, timelines and refund terms are set out in your written agreement and on the Terms & Conditions page.

Next step

Not sure which one you need?

Describe the problem rather than the deliverable. We will tell you which service actually solves it, including when the honest answer is a smaller piece of work than you came in for.
